We're looking for a strategically minded and results-driven Digital Performance Manager to lead the next stage of our digital growth. This is a pivotal role that blends performance marketing, data analytics, and digital product optimisation, with a strong commercial lens.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and digital, driving acquisition, engagement, and revenue through smart performance strategy. With deep knowledge of paid channels and affiliate marketing, and a sharp analytical mindset, you’ll help us build a more efficient and impactful growth engine -reducing dependency on third parties and championing a culture of insight-led marketing.
Ideally looking for a candidate from a media agency, affiliate network, or ecommerce brand, looking to take full ownership in a creatively led, high-growth fashion and lifestyle start up.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead the strategy, planning and execution of digital performance campaigns across paid social, display, paid search, and affiliate marketing.
- Identify new opportunities to drive high-quality traffic and conversion at scale -balancing brand and performance objectives.
Affiliate & Partnership Growth
- Build and optimise our affiliate and referral channels to increase revenue, improve ROI, and grow partner visibility.
- Work closely with key platforms and networks to manage tracking, offers, and campaign integrations.
Analytics & Insights
- Own end-to-end digital analytics and performance reporting, developing dashboards and frameworks to track KPIs and uncover growth insights.
- Use data to inform marketing decisions and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Digital Product & CRO
- Collaborate with ecommerce, content, and development teams to improve user journeys, increase conversion rates, and prioritise high-impact feature enhancements.
- Contribute to the digital roadmap with a performance-first mindset -championing A/B testing and UX improvements.

Tech & Tools Ownership
- Take over the digital marketing tech stack -from analytics and tracking to campaign automation and retargeting tools.
- Reduce reliance on external agencies by bringing expertise and systems in-house.
The Person:
4–7 years’ experience in digital marketing, performance media, or growth -ideally in a media agency, affiliate platform, or high-growth ecommerce brand.
Deep hands-on experience across Meta, Google Ads, affiliate platforms (e.g. Rakuten, AWIN, Skimlinks), display, and programmatic.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio) and data-driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of ecommerce UX, product analytics, and conversion funnels (Shopify experience a plus).
Ability to blend performance expertise with brand sensitivity -you understand how to scale growth while preserving creative integrity.
A proactive, ownership mindset -you’re comfortable working autonomously, setting direction, and getting into the detail.
Bonus: Familiarity with MarTech tools (Klaviyo) and interest in working across fashion, interiors and lifestyle.
