The One Thing in Your Handbag...

Smythson diary. I still write everything down, it goes into my head a lot better than when it's on my phone.

The One Thing You Can't Live Without...

Family of course, and second... probably This Works Sleep oil for the bath, it is a game-changer if you're a bad sleeper!

The One Thing on Your Bedside Table...

A black and white photo from our wedding day, capturing the moment my Dad passed my hand over to my husband. I love the picture so much.

The One Thing in Your Fridge...

Jimmy's Iced Coffee cartons.

The One Thing You're Reading Now...

Veere Grenney, A Point of View on Decorating. I am leafing through at night getting more and more inspired, as we decorate our house.

The One App...

I use Later for work, to schedule our posts. And for personal use, the Podcasts app. India Hicks and her mother Lady Pamela is my favourite at the moment, just so entertaining.

The One Thing You Fly With...

Ear plugs and a nice velvet eye mask. I find it makes such a different to how much sleep I get.

The One Thing You'll Never Give Up...

A nice glass of red wine after a long day. Except when pregnant...that's about the only excuse!

The One Film...

I adore Chocolat, and can watch that over and over.

The One Piece of Advice...

My grandfather always said, 'Never expect anything,' which - at first - can seem a little like he didn't believe in people to come through. But actually, the older I get, the more it helps me just appreciate what i've already got, and to see the small, seemingly insignificant moments are those we should treasure the most.
