This cane chair is made from reclaimed teak from the old dismantled wooden buildings of Yangon. It is wonderful as an occasional chair, and knockout as a pair. Based on a classic Burmese chair, it is solid, beautiful and sustainable. The old nail holes and cracks in the wood have been smoothed and filled, giving each chair its own unique character. The back of the chair folds inwards. Made in Yangon by Kalinko's friend Lin Tin, this really is a very special chair which took three years from concept to completion.
