Brand Partnerships Director - Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle
About The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and commercially-minded Partnerships Director to lead the growth of high-value brand relationships and drive revenue across luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors. This senior role combines creativity with commercial acumen, and plays a pivotal part in shaping the company’s strategic direction and partnership success across content, media, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Develop and execute a results-driven partnerships strategy to meet and exceed B2B revenue targets. Identify and secure strategic, high-value brand partnerships that align with the company’s commercial and editorial goals. Source, pitch, and close multi-channel deals with global fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and retail brands. Deliver exceptional service for our clients; a strategic, collaborative and solutions-focused approach Lead on sponsorships, co-branded campaigns, white-label projects, and new commercial formats. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and manage performance reporting via CRM.
Client & Brand Partnership Management
Well established relationships with senior marketing and media executives, and proven pro-active ability to unlock new relationships Own the client lifecycle – from onboarding to execution – ensuring high-impact, measurable results. Maximize lifetime value of partnerships through strategic upselling and renewals.
Innovation & Strategy
Partner with leadership to conceptualize new products and partnership formats that increase market share and audience engagement. Champion innovative approaches to branded content, influencer activations, experiential marketing, and social-first campaigns. Contribute to broader business strategy by staying ahead of digital, cultural, and industry trends.
Team Collaboration & Culture
Work cross-functionally to align commercial objectives with editorial integrity and audience insights. Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; ‘outside the box’ thinking. Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused, and high-performance team culture. Uphold brand values and standards in all client-facing communication and activations.
Skills & Experience
7+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or brand sales within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or media. Proven ability to close six-figure deals and lead high-value client accounts. Extensive network within the luxury and premium fashion and beauty industries. Expertise in digital media, branded content, influencer marketing, and co-branded campaigns. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
