A Note From Posie

“My kitchen is somewhere I spend a lot of time so I like to surround myself with things I love and can 't live without. Having a well-stocked pantry is crucial, it means you can whip up a low key supper with very little notice. I am a tactile person, so texture, colour and form play a huge part in my menu-writing and cooking process, and also the final experience of serving and presenting the dishes. Finally, sourcing is the most important part of what I do, working with local producers and keeping my business as sustainable as possible.”
