Court-Side Cocktails

We’re a week from Wimbledon, with its fortnight of thrilling tennis and post-match partying. The fridge is stocked and we’ve got a recipe for the perfect tennis tipple, conjured by Abbie Roden, founder of French vegan wine brand, amie. Let the games begin!


A magnificent multi-tasker, Abbie is a photographer, a marketing powerhouse, travel obsessive and (our favourite part) she’s the co-founder of French vegan wine house, amie. Launched in 2020, the brand is renowned for its fresh and peachy rosé – a wine that has become the taste of high summer. And since amie is the French word for female friend, we can’t think of a better cocktail to enjoy with your girl gang than this sweet and spicy rosé-based recipe, devised by Abbie herself:

amie Peach Jalapeño Spritz

lots of ice
a slice of peach
a few slices of jalapeño chilli
1/3 glass of amie rosé
a dash of sparkling or tonic water (I use Peach DASH)
