Partnerships Manager

    Collagerie curates fashion, interiors and beauty across every price point – inspiring women to buy through our online marketplace. This is an exciting opportunity to join the founding team of a rapidly growing fashion technology startup based in London, co-founded by former Vogue editors Lucinda Chambers and Serena Hood.     Role & Responsibilities:

    • Management of multiple and concurrent commercial partnerships, including new business, strategy, activation and renewals.

    • Build proposals and customize ideas for clients.

    • Partner with brands, cultural organizations and select media groups to co-create commercial partnerships across events, experiences, collaborations and bespoke content packages.

    • Secure and manage a new roster of partners to deliver partnership revenues, off-set costs, curate associated talent and engage their communities.

    • Achieve and exceed personal and business targets.

    • Work with team on sponsored events, experiences, content & digital activations and product placement across Collagerie’s omni-channels.

    • Project manage brand partnerships end-to-end to ensure all contractual obligations are met and all activations remain on-brand as approved by the Collagerie’s co-founders.

    • Liaise with marketing, content and design teams to plan partnerships, ensure understanding on deliverables and manage on-going communications to ensure successful execution.

    • Proactively surface ideas and trends, help brainstorm and identify new opportunities.

    • Schedule and attend regular meetings with brand partners to maintain relationships, plan forthcoming activity and identify new opportunities.

    • Maintain awareness of market landscape across all sales products.

    • Handle all post-partnership case studies and deliverables to the client.

    • Report to CEO on new market trends and opportunities and pro-actively research the landscape.

    • Together with CEO, be responsible for brand partnership P&L, invoicing and financial reporting

    Desired skills & experience:

    • 4+ years in-house or freelance experience, either in a specific partnership / sponsorship role or with proven commercial experience.

    • Being proactive is key with strong project management skills, and meeting quartly targets.

    • Deadline driven and ability to multiple manage projects simultaneously.

    • Experience in hiring and growing a team.

    • Must have experience establishing and developing productive relationships with brands, clients and suppliers.

    • Strong writing and communications skills, as well as excellent presentation (keynote and/or PowerPoint) skills.

    • Knowledge of Google Drive and documents for daily use, as well as mid-level excel skills (confident with formulae).

    • Experience in drafting contracts preferred.

    • Relevant UK contacts, ideally across multiple industries such as fashion, retail, interiors, beauty and technology.

    • Firm understanding and experience with event curation and production.

    • Keen interest in industry trends, keeping the team updated with newsworthy and relevant information.

    • Experience using Google Analytics and working with affiliate networks preferred.
