A Note From Mirko Gentile

Thinking back, I must have been fascinated by interiors since I was a child when, with curious eyes, I used to inspect every detail and every object in my grandparent’s home. Personal taste is a combination of experiences, places and memories, and mine have certainly been shaped by Italian art and by the British aesthetic I fell in love when I moved in London 11 years ago. I’d like to consider myself a Neo-traditionalist, drawn to classic motifs, familiar designs, antiques and things with a sense of history. However, I also embrace a fresh take on these things, loving interiors that are infused with colour, filled with interesting objects and those that have an approachability to them. Scrolling through my IG page, my aesthetic is very clear and it’s an amusing feeling to share it with many people around the world who embrace the same passion and sense of style.
