"Vertical lines in black" by Alice Sheppard Fidler

Multi-disciplinary creative Alice Sheppard Fidler worked in set design for film, television and fashion before transitioning to life as a fine artist. Today her output spans sculpture, illustration, installation, intervention and performance art. Using collage techniques to make original objects, she incorporates found and recycled materials in her work, and embraces raw edges and imperfections to communicate impermanence and the soft boundary between the everyday and the exceptional.
