Content & Website Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Website & Content Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of Collagerie.com. This is a hands-on execution role focused on content delivery, site maintenance, and operational excellence. Working across editorial, e-commerce, and digital production, you’ll be responsible for ensuring content is uploaded, formatted, and published accurately, and that the site runs smoothly at all times.
You’ll play a key role in publishing content, maintaining site standards, and ensuring everything from product updates and visual merchandising to editorial features and partnerships go live accurately, on time, and without error.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Brand & Content Director on editorial coordination & content management
• Update the website daily with the latest content
• Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, links, and descriptions
• Manage visual merchandising across site
• Support on homepage, navigation and landing page updates and ensure content is fresh, relevant, and visually consistent
• Work closely with editorial and commercial teams to schedule and deliver content
• Manage evergreen content pages and founder wishlists ensuring they are regulary reviewed and updated multiple times a week
• Support with reactive content updates, actioning requests quickly and in line with Collagerie’s standards and aesthetic
• Conduct regular site checks to identify and fix errors, broken links, or inconsistencies
• Assist with newsletter compilation and digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with site content
• Maintain content calendars and support planning across key launches and campaigns
• Work closely with the partnerships team to ensure brand partnership coverage is fulfilled and tracked
• Lead on call-ins and returns for in-house shoots, ensuring smooth logistics
• Support Brand & Content Director on creating social assets and posting
• Attend Collagerie and external events to represent the brand
The Person:
• 1-2 years experience in a digital content or e-commerce role
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Experience with CMS platforms (Shopify, Contentful and Algolia) – ideal but not essential
• Pro-active and resourceful, ability to think in their feet and have a solution-based attitude to work
• Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need immediate action where necessary
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and adaptable, ready to support a growing business with energy and flexibility
