You will have a further 14 days to send your item back to the brand partner after receiving your returns label from Collagerie (applicable to UK orders only). The returns period will expire 28 days from the day on which you first received the goods.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">For International Orders outside the UK,&nbsp;please notify Collagerie of your return request and Collagerie will provide you with the correct returns address. Please note, International Returns outside the UK are at the cost of the customer. Collagerie does not provide International return labels.&nbsp;<br><br>To exercise the right to return items, you must inform us of your decision to return items by emailing<span data-mce-fragment="1">&nbsp;</span><a href="mailto:customercare@collagerie.com">customercare@collagerie.com</a>.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">If you return an item, we will reimburse you for the full price you paid for this item. Our refund policy does not cover the cost of your outgoing shipping costs (including outgoing duties &amp; taxes).&nbsp;Collagerie offers free return labels for UK-based customers.&nbsp;We will not process a full refund on the following conditions:&nbsp;</p>

<li data-mce-fragment="1">where the goods are received by the brand partner without tags, in a used or non-resalable condition; or</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">the goods have been made to order;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">bespoke, personalised or perishable items;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">certain undergarments and earrings&nbsp;</li>
<li data-mce-fragment="1">The goods were final sale, as stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase</li>

<p data-mce-fragment="1">(A "<strong data-mce-fragment="1">Refund</strong>")</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We will send you the refund without undue delay, and no later than 28 days after the day the Partner you are returning goods to confirms receipt of the returned item.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. If you have received goods you must send back the goods to the Partner without undue delay and in any event not later than 28 days from the day on which you communicate that you wish to return the goods. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 28 days has expired.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We will only provide pre-paid return labels for United Kingdom addresses.</p>

<p data-mce-fragment="1">The estimated date for delivery of the goods is set out in the Confirmation Email. Once your order has been dispatched, we will keep you updated via email with tracking information (when available) and an estimated delivery date and time window.</p>

An order can only be cancelled in the case where the order has not already been dispatched by the partners. <p data-mce-fragment="1">In order to exchange an item, please purchase a new product from our website and return the item you wish to exchange. We will refund the returned item as set out above in '<strong data-mce-fragment="1">Cancellation, returns and refunds</strong>'.</p>
<h3 data-mce-fragment="1">REPEAT RETURNS</h3>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible.
