THE ART SHOP PAYMENT

This section applies exclusively to orders placed in The Art Shop. Orders made outside The Art Shop are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective retailer.

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash payments are not accepted.

Secure Payments:
We use encrypted secure payment mechanisms to safeguard your information. However, except in cases of negligence, failure to comply with this contract, or breach of applicable laws on our part, we are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your payment information by third parties.

When Payments Are Charged:
Your credit or debit card will only be charged when the goods are ordered. All payments require authorization by the relevant card issuer, and additional security steps may be applied where necessary.

SHIPPING POLICY

Affiliate Purchases:
For purchases made through our affiliate links, the shipping, handling, and delivery of your items are managed by the respective retailer. Delivery times, shipping costs, and international shipping availability are determined by the retailer and are subject to their policies.

The Art Shop Purchases:
For orders placed in The Art Shop, shipping is handled by our carefully selected supplier in England.

We offer global shipping, and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes: Additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your location, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

Affiliate Purchases:
Returns, exchanges, and refunds for affiliate purchases are subject to the policies of the respective retailer. Collagerie does not process or manage returns for purchases made through affiliate links.

The Art Shop Purchases:
All items purchased from The Art Shop are made to order and non-returnable. This includes custom artwork that is crafted, printed, and framed specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Collagerie Ltd will not be held liable for:

Any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
Business interruption;
Loss of anticipated savings;
Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; or
Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms & Conditions or our negligence, up to the value of the purchase made directly through The Art Shop.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on Collagerie.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Collagerie Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent from Collagerie Ltd.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

COMPETITIONS

From time to time, Collagerie may host competitions in partnership with selected brands. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and any specific competition rules stated at the time.

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over, unless otherwise stated. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of Collagerie, the partner brand, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter. Collagerie accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical faults.

Entries must be submitted before the stated closing date. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If a winner does not respond within a specified timeframe, Collagerie reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prizes are provided by the partner brand unless otherwise stated and are subject to the partner brand’s terms. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Collagerie reserves the right to amend or withdraw a competition where necessary.

Any personal information provided when entering a competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Collagerie’s Privacy Policy.

By entering a competition, participants agree that Collagerie may announce the winner’s name on its website or social media channels where appropriate.

Greek Holiday Competition

The prize consists of a three-night stay for two adults at Gundari, Folegandros, in a room with a private pool and sea views, including daily breakfast and one dinner for two at Orizon, the hotel's restaurant. Travel to and from Folegandros, including flights, ferries and transfers, is not included and remains the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for arranging appropriate travel insurance.

The stay must be taken between 1 September and 30 September 2026, subject to availability. Bookings must be made directly with The Cycladist (hello@thecycladist.com) and Gundari (gundari@jpublicrelations.com). The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 or over and hold valid travel documentation.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. The stay must be redeemed in full and any unused elements of the prize, including accommodation or dining experiences, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Once a booking has been confirmed, any amendments or cancellations will be subject to Gundari's discretion and standard cancellation policies.

The Cycladist reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

The prize also includes a £250 Ancient Greek Sandals voucher, valid until 1 September 2026. The voucher is valid for one-time use only and may be redeemed against full-price items only. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. One entry per person is permitted. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted directly by Collagerie.

Unique Homestays Competition

The prize is a weekend self-catering stay for up to two adults and two children at The Beach Shack in Cornwall.
The prize also includes a Bayley & Sage Holiday Hamper.
By entering, you acknowledge the Unique Homestays Privacy Policy.
The prize must be booked within 30 days of the competition end date.
The stay is not permitted during peak season or on/around public holidays. Blackout dates include UK bank holidays and school holidays. All dates are subject to availability.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for a cash alternative.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £60 per pet.

Winners must adhere to Unique Homestays' standard booking T&Cs, including payment of a £350 cautionary deposit.

Kimpton Los Monteros Marbella Competition

Subject to availability and advance reservation.
Blackout dates may apply.
Valid for 12 months from the winner announcement.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package.
Flights, transfers and incidental expenses are not included.
